Theodore Salgado, P.E., RS, PRA
Mr. Salgado has 25 years experience in reserve studies and co-founded Reserve Advisors, Inc. with John Poehlmann in 1991. He oversees the product development and production of reserve studies, defect studies and other consulting services for Reserve Advisors, Inc. He is a past president of the Association of Professional Reserve Analysts (APRA) and holds his Reserve Specialist (RS) and Professional Reserve Analyst (PRA) designations.
